Rowing is a sport where 8 people sit in a rowbot (9 including a navigator called the coxswain) and race against other boats. Though simple in theory, it is a very hard sport (as it requires great strenth and endurance to keep a boat moving for a long time and fast) which requires alot of dedication. This just makes it all the more rewarding. The technique for rowing has 3 parts: Catch, Drive, and recovery. (This is a very basic rundown, find out more of the technique elsewhere so you don't get hurt) The catch is when your at the front and leaning forward, the drive is when you push your feet and pull your arms, and the recovery is moving back to the catch.
